While, I will be the first to tell you that you don’t need a special pillow to meditate, many people find it more comfortable than sitting on the floor. Here are 3 reasons I love my cushion.

Sitting on the floor in a backless chair helps me to strengthen the core muscles required for good posture. Give it some time to get used to it.
